Terms & Conditions:

A credit card must be used to secure your lesson day/time upon on enrollment to ensure payment of fee's.   

• Tuition is once a week at the same day and time, for a duration of ten weeks or pro-rata  
• In the event of a 'No show' or 'Unpaid Fee's' by the due date of each term you will be contacted by our admin team via phone and advised that your credit card will be charged. There is a 1.55% charge on all Credit Card transactions.
• It is important that you attend every lesson as due to heavily booked schedules we are unable to offer make up lessons cancelled by you.   
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Should your account be passed to a debt collection agency, you will be responsible for all charges and fee's incured.
• It is important that you arrive on time to your lesson . Your lesson time is fixed. If you arrive late your lesson will still finish at the scheduled  time . Please keep any questions for your tutor within your time space to avoid encroaching on another students lesson.  
• Rock ‘n Roll High School does not teach on Public Holidays. You will not be charged for public holidays.  
• If you are unable to attend your lesson for any reason it is important that you contact Rock n Roll High and inform your tutor as soon as possible.   
• In the event of the tutor canceling your tuition. A suitably qualified tutor will be arranged or make up lesson will be organized at a time suitable to you. We will endeavor to provide you with as much notice as possible if this occurs.
• You will be enrolled at Rock n Roll High until you advise us otherwise. Your day and time will remain the same from term to term. 
• It is important to be consistent with tuition in order to make progress. A week with little or no practice means that the student should come in, get back on track and inspired with their teacher. Keep in mind that we have several different instructors and if you feel that a better match might be made with a different one, we take no offense. We want you to learn and improve!
