Rock It Up With Rock 'n Roll High's All ages "Holiday Rock it Sessions" Nothing to do on the holidays? Why not book in for a couple of weeks of power lessons with our fully accredited tutors. "Holiday Rockit Sessions" are available during all school holidays but must be booked in as early as possible to avoid disappointment. These classes are very popular , SO GET IN EARLY . The following are some questions we often get asked about our "Holiday Rockit Sessions" Q: How are lessons given? A: Lessons are offered on a one on one basis for all instruments and vocals or you can join a band and experience the fun of the full rock experience. Q: What if I've never played an instrument before but would like to have a go playing or singing in a band? A: No worries, our expert tutors will get you playing in a band even if you've never played before. Q: What days and times are the lessons? A: Sessions will be held Monday to Saturday between 10 and 5.30. One on one or private lessons will be a half hour duration and BAND classes 45 minutes to one hour depending on numbers. Q: What if I don't have my own instrument? A: No problem! We can supply you with an instrument to learn on and play while at your session at no extra cost. Q: I'm not sure if I want to go out and buy an instrument just yet until I know if its what I want to learn or can commit to? A: We understand that very well and instruments can be costly that is why we can organize a rental instrument for you for as little as $5 per week depending on the instrument and availability. (Some conditions do apply :) Q: Will I get to do a gig or play in a concert? A: Yes, you can invite your family and friends for a grand finale mini concert held at the school. Q: If I am not confident enough to play in a concert can I get a recording of myself to show what I have done? A: Yes of course, your tutor will be able to schedule a recording of your songs.
